    What is Kairos Partnerships?

    Kairos (pronounced KIE-ross) Partnerships was created to partner with leaders, pastors and church planters during kairos moments of life and ministry. This initiative is an an attempt to lead by multiplication by working alongside of others as they serve and lead in their contexts. Pastors and leaders have the difficult task of courageously guiding people and organizations into new areas – and this can be a daunting task. Coming alongside of others and seeing new things birthed in and through them for the purposes of the Kingdom of God is my passion. Utilizing others for training, support, encouragement, guidance and equipping along the journey is essential. This is why Kairos Partnerships exists.

    The four primary expressions of Kairos Partnerships: 

    • Serving church planters and new church starts as the Northeast Region Coordinator and Church Coach with The Ecclesia Network.
    • Serving among emerging and established congregations as the Northeast Region Coordinator of Fresh Expressions U.S.
    • Providing support and guidance as an Advisor with Metro Philly Church Planter Community, a network of church planters in the Greater Philadelphia Area.
    • Connecting with other leaders in need of guidance, encouragement, direction, training and equipping.

    I’m also available for: 

    • Individual & Group Coaching: trained as a life coach to walk alongside of people during times of transition or where discernment is needed. To learn more about the nature of coaching, what role it serves and why it is significant, please read the following links.
    • Speaking & Teaching: retreats, conferences and communicating with teams within church staff, schools, denominations, ministries and other organizations. I have spoken on topics such as: the Intersection of faith and culture, Connecting, engaging & reaching the next generation, Missional Church leadership, Developing & Deploying young leaders, Church planting and Discipleship in the 21st century.     • Training & Equipping: available to help train at opportunities like church planter training, leadership development seminars and other events.
