Renew Apprenticeship Program: an update
You may remember back in early January we began announcing the formation of the Renew Apprenticeship Program (RAP) back. This year-long program has been developed by the leadership of Renew in order to provide experiential learning, serving and leading opportunities for leaders who are seriously considering a call to plant new churches.Since January, we’ve had several people inquire about the program – from right around Lansdale, to other parts of the country – even the U.K. A few months ago, the elders officially accepted our first RAP applicant from Ft. Collins, CO. This individual – along with his wife – have just begun the support raising process and are tentatively scheduled to arrive in Lansdale early summer. Currently, leadership is in the process of discernment with two other leaders who have filled out the application.
