And pray for your pastor.

Yep. I left a good career to follow a call into ministry 5 years ago last summer. It was about 2 years in that the television commercials about depression started to describe how I was feeling. 4 years later, after a brutal breakup with our home church my wife and I helped plant 16 years ago, I was in a full on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual breakdown. Thankfully, God has taken care of me and now, 8 months later, I am finally beginning to heal, albeit slowly-and not without some serious battle scars. My family as well.
Pray for your pastors. They have a real and merciless enemy at their doorstep 24/7…they need your support and prayers at *all* times, even if you don’t agree with them or understand why they are acting the way they are acting. Pray for them. I Timothy 5:17 should be more than an novel idea, but a closed-handed method for interacting with those in ft ministry.
